Instructions For Online CMPI Exam Application

Dear Candidates
Greetings from CMPI ! The CMPI Examination Schedule – 2024 has been announced.

Application Fee: INR 600.00
Written Examination Fee: INR 2,400.00
Oral Examination Fee: INR 3,600.00

ATTENTION ! Applications with ONLINE PAYMENTS done on CMPI Website alone are accepted. Applications with any other mode of payment will be summarily REJECTED.

Those who are interested to apply and still not registered on CMPI.ORG.IN may please create an user name in the CMPI website (www.cmpi.org.in) by clicking on “New ? Register”.

Register your account by providing user name, email, First and Last name, password and all other relevant details. Omit “I am CMPI Founder/Certified Member”, and the “CMPI member ID”. Once user registration is approved, you will get an email with username and password.

For successful registration, AMPI membership is one of the per-requisites.

Step 1:
Please login and go to “My Home” to apply for the registration to CMPI Examination. Please note that the processing fee for your application is Rs 600/- (this is not examination fee.) On how to pay, please refer to CMPI Examination Fee Payments.

Note: Those candidates who have already applied and application is approved in past 2 years NEED NOT APPLY the online application. (Ex: Say you have applied in 2021, then you can write exams without re-applying in 2021 or 2022 or 2023.)

Such candidates can directly appear for the written/oral examinations as per the schedule after paying requisite fees.

Before you start applying for the examination, please ensure that you have the following details and scanned copies of the required documents ready (size less the 1MB each). It would be better to have the scanned documents in pdf format

  1. AMPI Membership Number, Radiation Professional Number (issued by AERB), Name as you want it to appear on CMPI Certificate (it should match your qualifying exam certificate.
  2. Scanned Copy of Passport size photograph for upload not exceeding 1000KB.
  3. Details of your referees, their AMPI Membership No. if available, and Scanned Copies of Reference Letters for upload not exceeding 2,000KB each.
  4. Educational Qualification details along with Scanned Copy of the Certificates for upload not exceeding 2,000KB each.
  5. Professional Experience details along with Scanned Copy of the Certificates for upload not exceeding 2,000KB each.
  6. Registration Fee: The fee of Rs 600 for Indian candidates and Rs. 1,200 for NRI candidate, may be paid online.

Once you are ready please click “apply” to apply for the CMPI examination.

Step 2:
After filling form, CMPI will scrutinize your application in the end of application date and the Registrar will inform you about your eligibility to appear in written exam. The candidate needs to pay Rs. 2,400/- on eligibility for exam, and send the online receipt to Secretary, CMPI via E-Mail.

In this process you will receive your hall ticket. For any clarification feel free to write to the Registrar or Secretary, CMPI.

Step 3

  • After passing written exam, Pay 3,600/- as oral exam fee and send the online receipt to Secretary, CMPI via E-Mail.
  • Oral exam will be conducted as per schedule (usually one day prior to AMPICON Conference.)
