Eligible members may submit a self-nomination or be proposed by a peer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for the Fellowship, the nominee must be a <strong>CMPI Founder Member<\/strong> OR a <strong>CMPI Certified Member<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nomination Form &amp; Required Sections<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nominees must complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/cmpi.org.in\/index.php\/fellowship-nomination\/\">official application<\/a>, providing comprehensive details under the following specific sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Professional Qualifications<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professional Experience<\/strong> (split into Clinical, Teaching, and Administrative)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Research and Publications<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contribution to CMPI and Other Professional Organizations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Awards and Recognition<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Statement of Overall Contribution &amp; Reasons for FCMPI Eligibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Attachments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every nomination must include the following supporting materials:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Curriculum Vitae (CV)<\/strong> of the nominee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>List of Publications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Supporting Documents<\/strong> for all awards and recognitions received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Any other relevant documents<\/strong> that substantiate the nomination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: If you are submitting multiple files, please compress them together and attach them as a single <strong>.zip<\/strong> folder.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nomination Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strict Limit:<\/strong> Only one nomination is allowed per member.
