The College of Medical Physics of India (CMPI), established in 2009, is dedicated to upholding high standards in the practice of Medical Physics. CMPI has consistently promoted quality education through webinars and a Learning Management System (LMS). As part of this ongoing commitment, CMPI is organizing a series of teaching courses in Radiation Oncology Physics to benefit young medical physicists across the northern, southern, eastern, and western regions of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the first time, this two-day teaching course will be held in Northeast India at CIHSR, Dimapur, on 31st January and 1st February 2025. The course is designed to cover key topics relevant to medical physicists preparing for the CMPI certification and the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) examination conducted by BARC. Additionally, some advanced topics such as use of 3D Printing and AI in Medical Physics will be discussed. We strongly encourage young medical physicists and interns in these regions to take advantage of this opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
