CMPI is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any\ntransaction between the Website\u2019s Users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All commercial\/contractual terms are offered by and\nagreed to between CMPI and website users alone. The commercial\/contractual\nterms include without limitation to price, payment methods, payment terms,\ndate, period, conference date & venue and conference facilities and\nservices.
